Permeation Grouting: Chemical Grouting, foam and polyurethane, Acrylamide and cement grouting for the stabilization of sands and granular soils for excavation support and utility underpinning.
Compaction grouting: For densification of loss cohesionless soils and structure leveling.
Waterproofing and Cutoff: Sealing and chasing of cracks in basements and tunnels as well as cut off water intrusion.
Soil Support: Tiebacks, Soil nails, Anchors.
Micro piles: Smaller diameter piles used for underpinning foundations and increasing structural load bearing capacity.
Void Grouting: Filling and sealing of abandoned utilities and tunnels as well as voids beneath structures.
Helical Piers: Are a steel shaft with helices, similar to a large screw, that provides a foundation support for various types of structures. The shaft is usually square and manufactured in 5 foot sections. Helical piers are often used when challenging soil conditions prohibit a traditional foundation system.
It's not the beauty of a building you should look at; It's the stabilization of the foundation that will stand the test of time.
A helical anchor/pile is an extendable deep foundation system with helical bearing plates welded to a central steel shaft. Load is transferred from the shaft to the soil through these bearing plates.
